Ackord is a two-sided credit cabinet for vendors. Vendors issue a service credit against a named incident. The customer-admin confirms or disputes it on one page.
Named incident
Each claim names one incident and the SLA or clause it sits against. The credit is a commercial adjustment for that incident only.
Magic link
Ackord mails the customer-admin a link. They do not create a password. The vendor desk uses email and a password.
Confirm or Dispute
Confirmed stays Confirmed. Disputed issues no credit. Mailbox and IP of the action are kept for audit.
Vendor desk
Claims, customers, and settings live on the desk. Stamp adds CSV export and more logins. Seal adds an API key.

Vendor cabinet
Incidents, SLA quotes, disputes, the credit-note ledger, and a customer history page sit on the same desk. One subscription unlocks the cabinet.
API
Seal desks can create and list claims with Authorization: Bearer on /api/claims. The same key speaks MCP at /mcp. See the API reference.
Slack and Notion
Stamp and Seal can post claim events to Slack and sync each named incident to a Notion database.
