Ackord credits are commercial adjustments for a named incident. Confirmation is not a legal opinion, admission, or general release.

The service

Ackord is the vendor cabinet for named incidents, service credits, and ack. A vendor records an incident, may quote an SLA amount, and creates a claim. The named customer-admin confirms or disputes it on one page via a magic link. A Stripe credit note is issued only after confirmation. Slack, Notion, the API, and MCP use the same incident and claim objects.

Credits

Ackord credits are commercial adjustments for a named incident. Confirmation is not a legal opinion, admission, or general release. A confirmed credit closes that incident inside Ackord. A dispute means the credit is not accepted as commercial close. It does not issue credit and is not a legal claim.

Accounts

Vendor sign-in uses a work email for your organisation. Customer-admins do not create accounts. They act through a time-limited magic link. You are responsible for the accuracy of emails, incident names, amounts, and SLA text you submit.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Prices shown on /pricing are in euro. A subscription stays active while Stripe reports it as active. Cancelling in Stripe stops renewal. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ackord to send claims to people who did not ask for them, to misrepresent an incident, or to process anything other than a commercial credit for a named incident. We may suspend an account that breaks this rule.

Availability

Ackord is offered as-is. We work to keep it available but do not warrant uninterrupted access, mailbox delivery, or Stripe uptime.

Liability

Ackord is offered by Semion Kasparovich. To the extent permitted by German law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Mandatory consumer rights stay untouched.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction where the law allows.
