Getting started

Open a vendor desk, verify the work mailbox, then send a credit for one named incident.

Create a desk

Go to Create a desk. Use a work email and a password of at least 8 characters, or continue with GitHub or Google. Ackord sends a verify link when you use email. 2FA is optional in Settings.

Verify the mailbox

Claims stay locked until the work email confirms. Open the verify link. You can send it again from Settings.

Send the first credit

Use First claim or New claim on the desk. Enter the customer-admin email, the incident, the SLA or clause, and the amount.

Customer confirms or disputes

They open the magic link. Confirm closes that incident as a commercial adjustment. Dispute issues no credit.

Pick a plan

A free desk can send 3 claims each month. Pro, Plus, and Max are on pricing.

Cabinet

Open Incidents, quote SLA, then send the claim. Disputes, ledger, and audit stay on that incident. Customers do not create a password. They use the magic link or the history page you send.
