# Ackord

> Credit that closes a named incident.

Ackord is the vendor cabinet for named incidents, commercial service credits, and ack. A vendor records one named incident, may quote an SLA amount, and issues a service credit. The customer-admin confirms or disputes it on one page via a magic link. Stripe credit notes are issued only after ack. One Ink, Stamp, or Seal subscription unlocks the cabinet.

## Cabinet

- Incidents: named incident, SLA clause, owner, window
- SLA quote: downtime and fee to an amount. Does not issue a credit note.
- Claims: Confirm or Dispute on one magic-link page
- Disputes: thread on a disputed claim
- Ledger: local or Stripe credit-note ids after confirm
- Audit: mailbox and IP of Confirm or Dispute
- Customer history: /p/{token} for that mailbox. No customer password.

- Seal Bearer key on /api/incidents, /api/claims, /api/ledger, /api/audit
- Same key on POST /mcp (JSON-RPC: initialize, tools/list, tools/call)
- Stamp and Seal: Slack incoming webhook notify, Notion incident pages
